A Practical Rear Extension for a Growing Family

The clients were expecting their first child and were keen to maximise space in their Surbiton home. The property lacked natural light and suffered low ceiling heights and a disconnected rear garden.London Dream Building rose to the challenge and worked on a single storey rear extension as well as a property refurbishment.
The end result was an Industrial style kitchen with integrated appliances, the team opted for an open plan style to create the illusion of space. We opted for white kitchen units and exposed brick to help keep the room light and airy.
The rear extension was completed with a double-glazed sliding door to make natural light flooded in and to connect the garden.
